WhitehallCharters.com is a service of the Whitehall-Montague Charter Boat Association. The purpose of the website is to serve as an informational medium for all recreational, avid and diehard anglers.

The Whitehall-Montague Charter Boat Association is a fleet of 10 boats to serve you and your family. Our services also extend to larger groups including corporate outings and retreats. Captains of the Association are more than excellent fisherman. They can help you take care of all the details including travel, accommodations and catering.

Booking a charter with a member of the Whitehall-Montague Charter Boat Association is an easy way to ensure you have a safe and fun trip. All boats are well maintained, Coast Guard Licensed and Michigan Department of Natural Resources inspected. All fishing equipment (rods, reels, bait etc.) is furnished. In addition, each boat has the latest in fish finding technology and safety equipment. Adequate preservers and First Aid supplies are readily available on board. Catching lots of fish comes second only to safety.

Our Captains recommend guests pack a few additional extras:

1. Cooler to take cleaned fish home (better bring a large one!)
2. Soft soled shoes
3. Jacket (it can get chilly out on the water - dress in layers)
4. Sunglasses
5. Camera
6. Valid Michigan Fishing License (under 17 not required)
