Lakeview House is a lovely four bedroom home, with central air and gas heat on the south shore of beautiful White Lake in Whitehall, Michigan.

You are able to enjoy two beautiful bodies of water by a channel that connects White Lake to Lake Michigan complete with a light house. The property has 160 feet of White Lake frontage complete with dock, one boat hoist, one boat mooring, and 14 foot rowboat( no motor) is provided.

There is excellent fishing on White Lake plus nearby Lake Michigan. Bring your golf clubs along to enjoy numerous courses in the area. Michigan's largest water and amusement park is only ten minutes from the house by car.

The house is fully furnished and carpeted throughout and includes 1.5 baths. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement with an additional shower. There is a fireplace in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher and microwave. The home has a king size bed in the master bedroom located on the second floor. A sleeper sofa is availabe on the main floor.

There is a marvelous view of White Lake and the channel connecting Lake Michigan from the dining room, family room, and large outdoor deck. A gas grill and charcoal Weber grill are provided. Play basketball on the cement court in the yard. Bed linens are provided, bring your own bath and beach towels.
