White Lake Nature Walks

Guided monthly nature walks, from May through September, featuring many
of the local natural areas, with a variety of topics relating to native plants & wildlife. |
Legislative Lunch

Community leaders and interested citizens attend this annual luncheon featuring
state representatives and senators who address the attendees on local, state and
national issues.

Chamber Golf Classic

Chamber fundraiser held annually in June for members and guests. 18 holes of
golf, dinner and prizes at a member golf course.

Arts & Crafts Festivals

Father's Day weekend at Funnell Field with over 100 Artists, continuous music
and local food vendors. Arts & Crafts by the Lake with the Maritime Festival at
Goodrich Park Annex in August. Fall Fest Arts & Crafts at the end of September,
held in the North Mears Parking Lot.

Annual 4th of July Parade featuring over 100 units decorated for the holiday.
Annual Christmas Parade, featuring Santa and his sleigh at the end.

Maritime Festival

Annual event celebrating summer along the lake with various tournaments, arts &
crafts festival, sailing regatta, trout pond, beer tent, live entertainment, Venetian parade,
food, and children's activities.

Labor Day Community Walk

Area residents and visitors gather at the White Lake Community Library for a
Holiday stroll from the head of the bike path to Montague and back.

Chamber fundraiser held annually in late September. Arts & Crafts, Farmer's
Market, children's activities, hayrides, live music, food & beverage tent.

Pumpkinfest

The famous Pumpkin Roll down the Dowling Hill in Montague, featuring many pumpkin
events, including largest pumpkin, pumpkin painting, seed spitting, pumpkin carving,
pumpkin bowling, and more.

Depot to Depot Color Tour

Muskegon County self-guided Fall Color Tour, traveling between the Muskegon CVB
and the White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce.

Chamber Annual Dinner

The Chamber recognizes volunteers and retiring Directors with Awards and dinner.
The El Award is given, created in memory of Eleanor Polly, a past Chamber
Executive Director, recognizing excellence in business and community service.
The Lady Laker Award, recognizing a female community member displaying
excellence in the business community is also presented.
